We ship our new Blue Water Spas directly from our factory to you, in the Continental U.S., for a shipping cost of only $650.00. Estimated transit time for delivery is 3-10 business days. We ship our Spas through a professional moving company to guarantee 'TLC' and safe delivery.
Our Blue Water Spas are available for shipping worldwide! If your electrical needs differ from the US, please add $450.00 to convert the Spa's electrical to your countries requirements. For United States shipping you will be contacted by phone approximately 24hrs before delivery to set up a mutually acceptable delivery time. Generally Saturday deliverys are not available. When the spa ships we will e-mail the tracking number along with a toll-free number and a website to track the spa. Your spa will be unloaded from the truck and placed on your driveway or garage. Backyard delivery is available for an additional $220.00 (some restrictions apply). You will need to be on hand for the delivery to sign and inspect the Spa.
Our Hot Tubs come on a pallet on their side which makes it easier to move to it's location. Please look closely at the shipping crate and packaging before the spa is accepted. Any damage not noted upon delivery is considered concealed damage and must be reported immediately to be covered under the shipping insurance.
