We ship our new Blue Water Quality Spas directly from our factory to you, in the Continental U.S., for a shipping cost of only $699.00. Estimated transit time for delivery is 5-10 business days. Our Spas are shipped through a professional moving company instead of freight carriers, so your Spa is shipped and handled with care. The delivery address must be tractor/trailer accessable or additional charges will apply.

Our Blue Water Spas are available for shipping worldwide! If your electrical needs differ from the US, please add $450.00 to convert the Spa's electrical to your countries requirements. For US Shipping the moving company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery to let you know the expected arrival window. You will also be able to track your Spa online and know where it is in the delivery process. Upon curbside delivery, one or two moving men will remove your Spa from the truck and place it on your driveway. Someone will need to be on hand for the delivery to sign and inspect the Spa. The Hot Tubs come palletized on their side which makes it easier to move to it's location. The moving company provides Backyard Delivery for a small fee (approximately $250-300) where they will bring it to the location where you are going to put the spa. Backyard Delivery is on a quote by quote basis and must be arranged with the moving company when they call to schedule delivery. Some stipulations apply.
You must look closely at the shipping crate, packaging and spa cover before the spa is accepted. Any damage not noted upon delivery is considered concealed damage and may not be covered under the shipping insurance.
*Details for Canada Shipping: We can ship our spas directly to your door and have them unloaded from the truck for $850.00. If your home is outside a major metropolitan area (delivery of local terminal) than there is an extra delivery charge of $2.00 per running mile COD at the time of delivery. The spa is duty free. The only additional costs involved are a $115.00 customs clearance fee plus a Canadian tax of 7% of the commercial invoice. We can ship the spa anywhere in the contiguous United States for pickup for only $699.00. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Returns:
Due to the nature and size of hot tubs, all sales are final. There are no cancellations once the spa has shipped. There is a 15% restocking fee for any cancellations prior to the spa shipping.

We deliver to your Port and our spas are shipped fully insured. Overseas shipping takes about 3-5 weeks. Our Hot tubs are manufactured in the United States. It is suggested to look closely at the shipping crate and packaging before the spa is accepted. Any damage not noted upon delivery is considered concealed damage and must be reported immediately to be covered under the shipping insurance.
