We love the spa and we like the way you do business. It was a very good deal in the end and I don't want to deter you in any way from selling in Canada or in the North. I truly did not believe you could get this delivery done but you stuck with it. How the shipper handled the customs and border stuff I have no idea, but I was expecting some hefty charges there and there were none. Someone knows what they are doing on that end.

My life has been stressed by the fact that I have just released from the Canadian military and I had some issue to tend to. The spa is a great way to relax and get me back on track. Afghanistan sucked allot of life from me.

The SPA is doing wonders on my herniated back. Since I installed in January, I started with daily treatments then every second day. I was feeling so great that I stopped going to physiotherapy at the end of January. I can not state enough how a SPA can help sooth and heal a back problem as I have tried almost everything but an operation. I swear by my SPA, I almost pray to my SPA. ha, ha. If I only knew that it would improve my physical life to this extent I would have invested 3 years ago. My doctor is now indicating to his patients to go find a SPA to help with the pain, he is amazed with my fast recovery. I highly recommend!! I could not live without a SPA, my life is back on track.

Hi just an update on my two warranty service calls. The factory has done an outstanding job in taking care of the two problems I have had with my Hot Tub. They shipped the neccesary parts to fix my problems the next day. They assigned my Warranty Service Calls to Lapeer Pool & Spa out of Lapeer, MI and they too have done and outstanding job of being right there the next day after the parts were received or waiting til Saturday when someone was home to fix our problems. Thanks to the outstanding support. I am enjoying the heck out of my Hot Tub with my family and my spoiled grand daughters that call it papa's" big bath tub". I would highly recommend your company to anyone interested in buying a Hot Tub. Again Thank You. A happy customer in Michigan. Great Job Folks!
